All our sausages are sourced locally from O’Hagan’s. O’Hagan’s offer what are probably the
very best sausages you will ever taste! They are made with real skins and with proper cuts of
meat, without the use of mechanically recovered meat, colourings, preservatives, or any
other artificial additives.
No nasties! Monosodium Glutamate is banned. British rolled oats are the only cereal
used. Many of the recipes are traditional and go back hundreds of years while others
were developed for modern tastes.
Great care is taken in the preparation and cooking for your extra enjoyment. The
sausages
are treated with all respect, being cooked slowly and gently, so your kind
patience would be appreciated.
