The specials board changes regularly. 

Whilst we endeavour to keep this section up-to-date, there may be occasions when we are unable to offer exactly what is published on our website.

• Grilled fillet of stone bass with a parsley beurre blanc,

• 'Cassoulet Versaillaise': slow braised butter beans in a rich tomato, herb and vegetable sauce. Baked in the oven with a breadcrumb topping and crusty bread
